This week for reading Mrs Stone gave the Dahl reading group A Picture is worth a thousand words. In this activity we had to look at different sort of pictures and try to find out meaning and a deeper meaning in the picture, and at the end we had to sketch our own picture with a meaning in it to.

This week for Reading Mrs Stone gave the Dahl A Tour Like No Other. A tour like no other is a story about the Springbok tour in New Zealand in 1981 and where New Zealand become divided because some New Zealanders wanted to watch the match but some other New Zealanders did not support the tour because they thought they were supporting  racism.
