Countries that host the Olympics games must show they Compensate (space) to hold the games,and invest they our money into them.Through the influx of tourists, the hosting country hopes to gain more money during the Olympics. Ultimately the IOC decide which country gets to host them.


In 2012 the Olympics were held in London,Untied Kingdom.It was the third time London hosted the games,the Olympics were held there in 1908 and 1948. One of the upset of shot put was in shot put ,Valerie Adams claim the gold medal after her Belarusian opponent was positive she had drugs.



My mark out of 10 is 6 or 7 because I put some full stops and capital letters where they should be.

Olympic HIstory

The 2008 Olympics were held in Beijing,China.It was the first time women could compete in boxing. Women from Brunei,Quatar and Saudi Arabia were allowed to participate.This was considered a big deal,because women in these countries are not equal with men.The games in China were one of the most expensive Olympics in history.

Spaghetti

Last night mum made us spaghetti for dinner."Mmm yum mum makes the best meatballs in the world" my sister remarked. I ate lots of  spaghetti."Ha ha ha" I laughed as my brother spilled sauce all over his white shirt."You've got sauce  all over your face too" my sister added.I love when mum makes spaghetti.


My mark out of 10 is 5 because I got some right and some wrong.

The moon danced upon the ocean as if on a spotlighted stage.The tired old shoes felt loosen at the back of the closet.The cell phone alarm screamed and howled at me until I finally rolled out of bed.

I think that I got 8 out of 10.

This term our topic is called as I see it.Our team is focusing on comic art.Comic's are pictures in small boxes that tell a stories in sequential order.Some times there are words, dialogue and onomatopoeia.Other times there are no words pictures only,here's a picture of me can guess what I'm saying or thinking.
